Delete your account
How to permanently delete your FitX7 Member, Trainer or Partner account and personal data — in the app, or on the web without the app.
Before you delete: deletion is permanent. Your profile, visit history and bookings cannot be restored, and any remaining credits are cancelled. Please use your credits or request an eligible refund first — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Option A — delete inside the app (fastest)
This works the same in the FitX7 Member, Trainer and Partner apps:
- Open the FitX7 app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Option B — request deletion on the web (no app needed)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send us a request below. To protect you from someone else deleting your account, we will confirm the request with your registered mobile number or email before deleting anything.
What is deleted and what is kept

Timeline
- In-app deletion: you are signed out on all devices straight away and stop receiving messages. Data is permanently deleted within 90 days, including from backups.
- Web request: we confirm the request within 2 working days. Once confirmed, the same 90-day deletion applies.
