  2. Ownership / authorisation proof and address proof (KYC)
  3. Bank details for settlement payouts
  4. Partner agreement signed by an authorised signatory
  5. List of facilities, categories and indicative capacity

Won't this take away my own members?

No. FitX7 members are extra footfall — people who want flexibility across multiple venues. Your existing members keep their current memberships unchanged.

What if I don't have free capacity?

You decide which time slots and how much capacity you open to FitX7 members, right from the Partner panel. Nothing is forced.

How do I join?

Download the FitX7 Partner app on Google Play, or send us an enquiry and our Key Account Manager will visit you.

Do I have to be exclusive to FitX7?

No exclusivity required. Keep your existing members and pricing — FitX7 is an additional revenue channel, not a replacement.

How do I get paid?

Settlements are processed by FitX7 on a regular cycle and shown in your Partner panel. Commission share is category-based — our team will confirm the current rate for your category.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing upfront. FitX7 is commission-only, and you also get free online membership-management software for your front desk.

What's my share?

Trainers keep a 40% share of every booking made through FitX7 — on top of whatever you already earn independently.

How do I join?

Download the FitX7 Trainer app on Google Play or the App Store, create your profile and list your free slots.

I already have my own clients.

FitX7 bookings are additional income from your unused slots. Your existing clients and pricing are unaffected.

Will this conflict with my gym's rules?

Offline slots used while on duty should always be cleared with your gym first. If you're unsure, check with your employer.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts follow FitX7's current settlement cycle and every booking is tracked in the Trainer app.
