FitX7 started with one simple question: why should anyone be locked into a single facility? Our founders brought 25+ years each of operations experience to answer it.

Got questions?

Is FitX7 a gym membership?

No — and that's the point. FitX7 has no fixed membership. You either pay per visit when you scan in, or load prepaid credits that work across every partner in the network.

Where can I use my credits?

At any FitX7 partner — gyms, swimming pools, yoga studios, health centres and more — in every city we've launched. Phase I covers Jaipur, Ajmer, Mumbai and Pune.

How do I enter a partner venue?

Open the FitX7 app and scan the partner's QR code at the entrance. The visit price is shown before you confirm, and deducted from your credits.

Where do I buy credits?

In the FitX7 Member app. Download it free on Google Play or the App Store, sign up with your mobile number and buy credits securely in the app using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.

Can I book a personal trainer?

Yes — book a single session or a pack, either offline at a partner gym or online during the trainer's off-duty hours.

I own a gym / studio. How do I join?

Download the FitX7 Partner app or send us an enquiry using the form below. Our team will visit, verify and onboard you. You earn a share on every FitX7 visit, and you get free membership-management software. No upfront fee, no exclusivity.

Are the FitX7 apps available now?

Yes. FitX7 Member and FitX7 Trainer are live on Google Play and the App Store. FitX7 Partner is live on Google Play, and the iPhone version is coming soon. Follow us on Instagram and X for updates.
